Penitration tester

I am looking to do a penitration testing courses, can any one advise me of a suitable online UK based company or college. it would have to have progression fom the basics to the more advance, and it would have to be accreddited.

Mark 31, sorry I am not able to help with your question in anyway, just making a comment really . As a fairly new ABer, you have the same rights as any of us to say as you wish. You do not have to have the approval of others to post. There is not a period of probation after which you are qualified as an ABer.
AB consists of a general cross section of contributors most of whom are extremely helpful , so post away, and just ignore those who would wish to spend time highlighting the fact that there may be a spelling error, or whatever in what you have written .

I've done the EC-Council Ethical hacker course and I can recommend it - although it is difficult.

That was classroom based rather than on-line

Ignore the English language fascists they probably have to take off their shoes and socks to count in Hex

Mark, try a reputable company like coursebookers.com for this kind of course. It would be best to avoid online courses and those which aren't backed by a credible provider.

Just a thought--both Cisco and Microsoft have licensed courses in many local colleges - I don't know whether they provide what you're looking for but it might be worth checking out what's available near where you live and going in and having a talk.
