Respectful Question: How do i contact Vodafone and get an answer that i can understand??
I emailed ro ask about which plan I need for my phone and also what I need for the Dongle. Well, the answer was absolutely incomprehensible, and in bad English too. Is there a 'British' adress I can email does anyone know?
Thanks.
Thanks.

I will be back here later to ask my question, thanks for the offer [Porridge is calling]. Nearest shop is 18 miles away, we'll see what you guys come up with. Back later. XX

I don't respect any company that shunts their business out to a place where the call centres are manned by people who are incomprehensible, having spent an age on the phone to our ISP trying to get yet another issue resolved think its time they were all brought back to UK, and staffed by people who understand, and speak English.
Hope you enjoy your porridge....

Thanks all, porridge was lush!
What i need to know is: I have bought a pay as you go Dongle [well 2 actually!] on Ebay so that I can keep up with emails and FB while I am on holiday. Neither has a Sim. Could I use the old Sim from my old mobile phone or do I need a special one? Is it just a matter of topping up or what/
Also, i have upgraded to a Nokia C3 [it actually has a camera - Wow] and I want to be able to access my emails and FB while 'on the move'? Unsure about what calling plan I need. NB. Please bear in mind I am well 'over the hill' in age terms, so you might need to shout. Hope you all have a fab day, even if you are not retired like me. X
