my mate has a excerise plan, monday (excerisize in morning and at night) tueday (day off) wenesday (excerise morning and night) thrursday (day off) well you got the picture...this is a good excerise plan

he wants to have a muscly body with big arms

p.s he dos 35 sit ups and crunches everyday.

i am sorry i put it in this section, i coudent find a excerise one
for how long are his periods of exercise? where does he do it?
Aren't crunches the same as sit ups?
How big and muscular does he want to be?
would be better under Body & Soul then > health and fitness

Biceps - curls (3 sets and 8 reps)

Triceps - extensions, kick backs, tricep push up, dumbell arm uppers (one arm goes up why other one down) on floor or bed, he dos another one, all them have 20 reps apart from tricep one that has 5 reps.

Shoulders - lateral and front raises 2 sets of 8 reps


Forearms - wrist curls, reverse wrist curls 2 sets and 20 reps (well 3 sets including the reverse curls)

pecs- dumbell press (incline, decline and flyers) 20 reps

20 press ups

spine core-static holds and leg lifts with 20 reps.

abs- dumbell crunches, 35 reps of sit ups and crunches

Hamstrings/Quadriceps-squats 20 reps
*sigh*

35 sit ups is not much. I used to do 100's.
