are you in the UK?
How would your aunt feel about you living with her? If she agreeable, maybe she can mediate with your parents.
At the age of 16 (in the UK) you can, if you so choose, walk out of your parents' home and never have any contact with them again. If your parents reported you as 'missing', and the police found out where you were, the police would not be allowed to reveal your whereabouts to your parents (although they could tell them that you were safe).

I'm definitely NOT recommending simply walking out, but you most definitely have the right to do so.

Have you a job? You need to be able to support yourself if you leave home.
