yep thats it marval, nice it is too.
but it doesnt look so dark as the one in the picture, infact that one doesnt look very appeaaling attall!

Here in the U.S. flour is actually made from potatos and then used (in tandem with white flour) to make potato bread. It's quite good and can be bought in loaves at any store selling bread. It (the potato flour) is much heavier than standard flour so one has to be careful of accurate measurements.
