2 Answers
Im not sure if this is just a northern irish recipe (thats where im from!) but would anybody know where i could find or if they know the recipe for a bun called a cheesecake. Im not sure why its called a cheesecake as it doesn't look to have cheese in it. I'm not sure what else to say about them apart from the fact they are very yummy! If anybody could help :)

It is basically a round (although nowadays seems to be square) of pastry topped with almond flavour icing and jam and then topped with shredded coconut. If this sounds similar to what you have, then try Googling for London cheesecake and you will get a few different recipes to try.
