Zylkene for dogs in boarding kennels
3 Answers
Has any one used this for your dog while they are in the kennels? And how did they seem when you picked them up?
My dalmation has been to dog sitters in the past but they complained when we collected him as he cried all night, So giving Zylkene ago.
Any information welcome!
Thanks Kathryn x

Havnt heard of any negative side effects. I know some dogs are ok in kennels, but if he cried with a dog sitter, I would guess he will be worse in kennels, especially if there are a lot of dogs barking, which is usually the case.
I dont know where you live but my dogs go to a dogs hotel outside Cambridge they get piped music all day, a room with a rubber floor, heated in winter and a camp bed, dog pictures on the wall, curtains at the window [ just like home] and their own tv that plays the soaps for them and their front door opens on to a properly fenced off field and they are allowed to run free in the field every day.Because its in the middle of nowhere its no dearer than my local kennels and my two shar peis stay together, far better than the boxed cages I have been offered elsewhere,so they dont need Zylkene.
