Returning to ibiza
Hi everyone.
I am returning to the lovely island of Ibiza for a couple of weeks in the next few months and im in a bit of a predicament.
In 2008 i was in a club with alot of friends who were all in fancy dress, and a couple of them had asked me too keep some of their money and pills for them, as i was one of the few who had pockets. Thinking nothing of this, i obviously obliged and took it into the club for them. I subsequently was caught inside the club with said items and security took me to the police and told them i was dealing!
I was arrested and taken to court the next day and told my side of the story, after which, i was given my passport back and let go around 24 hours from the beginning of the ordeal. I was lucky enough to be let out in time just to catch my plane back home the night after.
I am unsure whether i was told that i was to come back at a later stage for something, but tbh i was just so happy this total nightmare was seemingly over, that i wasn't half listening at the time.....they maybe did.
I am just wondering would anyone have any advice or insight into whether i would there be any issues going back into the country? And if so would it be an idea to get in touch with somebody over there before travelling?
Many thanks

dont even think about going back the bit you say "i am unsure whether I was told to come back at a later stage" speaks volumes, they will arrest you probably at the airport and this time they will make sure you dont make the return journey, are you mad ? If I was you I would steer clear of Spain altogether, yes there will be issues and I think deep down you know it.
