i was the administrator for my pc until my ******** of a nephew left yesterday after a weekend visit. He only had a limited account so left him to it. now HE is the admin & i have the limited account. I didn't think this was possible & have been trying to change it back since 1am, with no bloody luck. I tried going via safe mode, but he has also set up an administrator acc there too.

I REALLY could do with some help please, as i really do not want to ask that little **** for his password.

i no it's only pride but he must have done this deliberately.

Even if it means wiping the harddrive i just need some answers

THANKYOU 2 anyone who helps

...LOL...well why not swallow your pride and be nice to him....if he did it in the first place then he must know how to put it back.............THEN when it's done, bar him from ever using the pc again........funny though ain't it?....commoner <G>
I'm not saying this product will solve your problem - I've never tried it. But it's maybe worth a look:

thanks guys. 1 & 3, you both came joint 1st in the 'whose the biggest gimp competition' .rojash you are a shining star in a dim sky. cheers mate.
We are people, not numbers. How dare you degrade us like that? Also, it's "who's". "whose" means "belonging to whom"
Hmmm - Elduderino -

your nephew cracked YOUR password to set himself up as the administrator?

And was stoopid enough not to change it back - so he'd be caught out?

How do the chaps here know that YOU aren't the nephew with a cunning plan - eh?
LOL...Number 3 calling...bet he did it on purpose cos he knew you had NO sense of humour............gimp #3......<G.
Commoner, I am number 3, as if that isn't degrading enough, you then steal it from me.
I think the best way for you is to reset windows password. The Windows password Reset
can solve all your problem within a few minutes. Importantly,No need to call a technician, no need to re-install anything, and you certainly don't need to reformat. windows password recovery tool: http://www.resetwindowspassword.com/
