anyone work for fed ex ?

my other half is thinking of doing nights at fed ex at stansted airport - any good?

I've worked for FedEx for 15 years, although not at Stansted. On the whole, I think they are a good company to work for. They have all the benefits that you would expect from a large international company (200,000 employees). The facility at Stansted was purpose built a couple of years ago. There are schemes setup to reward ideas to improved business practises, annual surveys on what you think of management, long service award every 5 years, good holiday entitlement etc etc.

If you other half can cope with working nights, I'd say go for it.
