No broadband now on daughters iPad lol@craft bill knows sod all about phones he dealt with outside broadcasting for bt just hope I can ring him when I get there very often my friend who's there can't get a mobile signal

But thanks for clarifying.

Bobbi, phone Sky again and insist they come out. Even if it is your phone and not the lines (which I doubt) they will fix it and you will have peace of mind.

We had the same problem recently. Turned out it was the telephone cable - one going from wall socket to telephone. Got a new one and all is now fine.
