Bird Feeders

My mum has a "perspex" bird feeder, a normal "tube" shape, that has a perch on one side and a grid on the other so birds that prefer to cling on have something to cling on to and birds that prefer to perch have somewhere to perch! I can find peanut type feeders with plenty of clinging space and seed feeders with plenty of perches but I can't find one that's suitable for seeds that has one of each. Please can anyone help me find one?
