It covers Scots law and explains how you can easily write your own will. (I used to write wills for a living. While I had several highly-technical legal works on my bookshelf, I still found that the publication I've recommended had all of the key information in it, in an easy-to-read format).

Have you ever heard of The Will Society? They may be able to help you out here. I have heard that only 1 in 3 people in this country make a will but hopefully everyone here has done that.
Well, have you all made your wills here? You should do. It is not signing your death warrant and helps your loved ones out tremendously.

This is another potential source of DIY will writing - it is run in conjunction with The Consumers Association - the organisation that runs the Which? publications.
