I have 200% cotton bedlinen and want to know why it is 200% and not 100%?

You can get 100 or 200 thread count bedlinen.Perhaps I have misread the question or she has put the percentage mark in by mistake.Egyptian cotton bedlinen is usually 200 thread count.The higher the count the more you pay for it as it is of a denser weave and better quality.Unless wherever they bought it,the retailer is passing off a cheaper linen as a better quality one .Then it should be reported to trading Standards.
