hi, y'all. no proper sleep again tonight...body clock is ruined after four 15 hour days (haven't been paid properly for 3 months now - ruddy nhs!) and i have to apply for my own job later due to 'service redesign' (i.e. cuts that they promised wouldn't hppen after they stole our p*ss poor pay rises for two years that are always below inflation anyway). to say i am not amused would be an understatement...but i hope that your day/mornings are going to be a helluva lotbetter than mine. mwah x

Good morning everybody. Here on Merseyside, overnight with niece and family. Went to watch an enterining game at Tranmere Rovers last night which they won on penalties, even asked to present the Man of the Match award!! Sadly a Port Vale player suffered a broken leg, we wish him well and a speedy recovery. Back to the Eastern Shires later.
