My rhumatologist told me I'm hypermobile too (also inflammatory arthritis and secondary fibromyalgia). I just seem to hurt all over at the moment and am fed up of it! What is happening with your shoulder out of interest? I've had a lot of pain with mine recently, I assumed arthritis/posture related. My lower back gets very stiff and siezes up, something showed up on an XRay and my rhumo sent me for am MRI which was fine. I had a lot of problems at uni with the top of my back at uni (probably bending over books/keyboard/deli counter I worked on) but recently it's been my shoulderblade, under my right one and it's like it's got a knife stabbing it and a burning pain and feels swollen and a bit numb to the touch (save the pain!). I've tried weekly hardcore massages (feels so much better right after but just comes back but a bit of relief is better than none), painkillers, gels, changing my work chair, having typing aids...nothing seems to work. It's driving me crazy!
Not had any jaw problems, it clicks it I move it much but it doesn't bother me and isn't painful. My knees are the worst for clicking, I usually get the lift up just one floor at work as the click click click bugs me (though there is the pain and discomfort as well, I'm not that lazy :))! My upper back and neck tends to be quite crunchy too.
I trip over my own feet a lot though I have balance issues as well (menieres disease) - not a great combination - I'm a bit accident prone! So glad I did ballet and gymnastics when I was little so I have a bit more grace else I'd be all over the place! My ribs have a habit of popping out of place too though and I get swelling and pain in the bits up the front of my ribcage, touch wood, they haven't done it for a while!
