I am trying to trace someone with regard to a will. I have tried the electoral register, no luck. Is there any other ways I can try. I have their full name and an address from 6 years ago, but they are no longer living there.

The address is recorded at the time. You can also look up old telephone directories for all parts of the country at the City of London library and keep looking for entries for your lost person at their original address until the entries stop, which gives you a timeframe to start looking at the public records. It's quite time consuming and you can hire someone to do it for you, you will find adverts in the records office.
Have you tried http://www.infobel.com/uk/
you can do a search just on the persons name ... sometimes it works other times its a waste of time. But its worth a chance.
Five million people in this country have registered with http://www.friendsreunited.co.uk
: you could search for the person there.
