I found today's Sunday Times crossword difficult and tried to crib an answer or two from the answer bank to get me going but didn't see any questions. Is this because everyone else found it easy or is there a site where one can see the solution like other crosswords? Maybe it's because S. Times puzzlers are a tenacious lot and don't give up easily. I did finally finish it in the end in almost two hours which is way over par.
Hi Vimto. I am struggling today too. For instance in the bottom left corner I have put in "indicator" "unlit" and "stereo" without being able to work out the clues totally! Still struggling with right hand side. Regards
Hi Bob1957. Clues are "Adult in charge starts to observe rain shower" (9) "Shadowy thing "dans le boudoir?" " (5) "One's out of place on old hi-fi" (6). Any answers on rhs would be helpful!
Hi Vimto
Worth remembering that today's puzzle is the first by a new setter (yours truly) and, even though the overall style is the same as usual, all setters have individual trademark styles that you won't be familiar with immediately. Just persevere with it - you'll be OK!

Hello Mr. Mayer, thank you for your message. I will take your advice, persevere and hope things don't turn out too greasy every Sunday from now on. Hi de hi, Vimto.
Quite frankly I gave in and bought the Sunday Telegraph. Was grumpy all Sunday because I failed. I still can't fatom out the clues when I've seen the answer on some of them. If this a new compiler, I hope he/she is only temprorary.
hello woof, be careful what you wish for; look back on this thread and read what "anaxcrossword" has to say. HE'S BEHIND YOU!!
"Oops" did I hear you say, best wishes, Vimto.
