Was I the only one watching this? A difficult subject but I thought the acting and casting was great.Dominic West is chilling as Fred West.

Dee Sa glad I wasnt the only one watching I agree with you. I watched the program with 2 of his children talking about their parents about a month or so ago so was expecting the worse. Some how at the time this all went over my head think I as living abroad at the time.

Chilling stuff its hard to take in the enormity of the crimes and the way he talked about them so casually, Fred and Rose West, evil personified. Dominic West the actor portraying him is uncannily eerie excellent casting.

I'm sure Dominic West is no relative, but it's eerie that he has the same surname.

I'm glad I watched it as it brought out things I never knew. I think Janet was extremely naive to carry on with being an appropriate adult, and, really, her name should not have been put forward in the first place. I thought the acting was superb.

Today's feature in the mail suggests that West was not at all charismatic, but rather immature, with a low IQ and absence of social skills.

The lady on whom the plot was based sold her story for £100,000 and then denied doing so, and was lucky not to be chared with perjury.

chilling , but this was so well acted last night. I was glad there wasn't anything too graphic shown.
