Mobile phone Videos

Hi guys, I have a sharpe GX20i phone. On it is a video I took of my dog before he died in August 2004, its really really precious to me. But I know that one day I'll need to get a new phone and I don't want to keep sending the video to every new phone I get if you see what I mean.

I've tried sending the video to my email and saving it to my computer, but none of the video players I've got on my comp recognise the videos format. I think its an .SMP or something. Does anyone know of a player that will actually play my video on the computer!?!? I would be so grateful : )
