Similar Recipes required.

I think it was ethandron who put me onto Chicken Basque which has been successful on each occasion which I have made it for friends and family.

However, to 'ring the changes' I now require a recipe or two for something 'similar but different'.

I do have a very large cast iron pot (29cms) and would welcome any suggestions for one pot meals for 4 to 6 people.

Thanks coriander....It's the type of recipe which I require. In fact Viv (my dear wife) has suggested that we halve the ingredients and (this is the best bit) I cook it as a trial for ourselves this Saturday evening, before serving to
others.
