To you brilliant PC users who really know your way around, how do you get back the commands "edit" "view" etc under the search bar on IE9 (the one that has the words not icons) - I lost it sometime back and have tried a number of ways to restore it. I am sure there is a simple way but I am being daft.

Thanks a million in advance....

I believe it is not offered with IE9 but that is cos I can't get the comforting words back either. Just the sh1te little symbols on the right.

I had it to start with, Mosaic - and I agree the symbols are shyte.
It happen realised you were getting away with it and caught up on you.
Just right click anywhere in the area that it should be, then tick one of the options not already ticked (not sure which one but you should soon find it)
press alt and it will pop up temporarily, if you want it permanent then select view > toolbars > menu bar.
