I'm lucky, I never feel as though my routine is 'routine' - maybe you haven't had enough sleep?
Have an early night tonight, but you will only feel the benefit on Wednesday.
I believe that we are biologically programmed into a 48-hour cycle, not the 24-hour cycle we ahere to. Therefore a late or early night will not be felt the morning after, but the morning after that.
Of course the weather and shortening days don't help.
