KFC staff

Whenever I go to KFC the staff make me feel like I'm putting them out and I should not have chosen their resturant! to eat in. I never feel this way when I go to McDonalds. Do KFC staff not go on the same sort of customer care courses that other fast food places send their staff on?

I agree! Once i was being served in KFC and another member of staff was in the back and she said, quite loud, " What's she staring at?" "I'll knock her out in a minute!" I couldn't believe it!

I have found quite the opposite, the staff are always friendly and I have been offered free drinks if I've had to wait even a few minutes

Good old KFC. Not only do you get poor service, you also get 4 grammes of hydrogenated fat with every serving.

And its not cheap in there!! At least in Maccy Ds you can but a burger under �1 and get service with a smile!!!

The service may be dodgy but its worth it for the taste of a greasy fried chicken leg, mmmmm
