Three In A Bed Programme

Does anybody notice how much luggage the pairs take to stay one night . It looks like they are staying for the week or are they staying for more than one night in each establishment.

i think they do all 3 in one go, one afetr the other...they couldnt have the crew and equipment waiting around for days unused, just to suit the participants

Ive a theory that their suitcases are empty, they us it to fill it full of goodies they've snaffled from their opponents rooms.

It's full of girls stuff. Hair dryers, straighteners, tongs, make-up......loads and loads of girls stuff.

In one episode last week the first pair took sausages to the next hotel. At breakfast the next morning the cook said I did not serve your sausages ,we will have them tomorrow. So they must stay longer than one night.

I noticed in one last week that the B&B owner said to the guest, "welcome to your home for the next few days", so I assume they must stay more than one night.

i remember seeing one where they said they hadnt seen them for several weeks so i guess its done over many weeks

i suppose it depend on distance actually, a unit move is not a small operation, so theyd need time for the crew to travel, get intio their own digs, set up shots etc.
they also do a lot of in-car shots and travel shot which take another few days so the whole thing is not literally 3 days, but probably more like spread over 2 weeks in a block.

inbetween all that they may have to organise permissions and logistics to film in other venues, like pubs etc, if they havent in advance, and set those shots up...takes ages.

they also probably film a while in order to get the best footage - one day is not really enough to do all what they do...meals, days out, check everything, etc etc

i always commented on the tiny case the contestants of the Apprentice put in the taxi at the end when they lost - they were in the house for a couple of months ... talking about travelling light.
