Internet access code??

I am staying with my sister and want to be able to use her wifi (sky) on my laptop, she cannot remember the name or code for it , I looked in network connections but there's no mention of it there, Her OH is ill and can't remember wither, is there anyway I can find it otherwise I'll have to buy a dongle and I'd rather spend the money on other things! Thanks x

Your sister could reset her router back to the factory settings which would reset the password.

If she has a router it may be printer on the sticker on that-that's where mine is.

Is the code not written on the bottom of the router?

DO NOT reset the router back to factory settings, doing so will also remove all the authentication details required for the router to connect to their ISP so nobody would have an internet connection!

You need to log onto the routers admin pages from a computer that is connected to the router properly and look in the wireless security section and make a note of the wireless key from there.
