Romanian female friend want to bring her brother here to work.

My friend is Romania she has worked here for nearly 12 months and wants to bring her brother over here as well to work, Romania is not a full member of the EU so needs a visa, I cant seem to find the appropriate information or a form for her to download on-line.

Any help please?

The UK must grant full EU rights to Romanian citizens by 2014. Until then transitional arrangement are in place, which are explained here:

It should be noted that the requirement is not for a visa, per se. Romanian nationals (like all other EU citizens) can visit or live in any EU country but, during the transitional period only, permission is required to work in the UK.

Thanks Chris, I will check out that site, its just a bit of a quagmire for her to find the correct paperwork to bring a Brother over here, I had a quick look and I had the same problem.

WBA, he already has a job to come to, a job that nobody else wants! if some of the British fat lardy asses, could be bothered to tear their-selves away from Jeremy Kyle we wouldn't have this problem, that is the reason I work with foreigners. These foreigners are far more committed to their jobs, far more reliable and don't fall pregnant within the first 3 months of starting work. and who are actually paid the same as me.
