Obviously, you will make your own mind up, but personally, I think they are a waste of money...

I have used the detox foot pads from Crystal Spring mentioned in the BBC watchdog programme and I really like them. They have helped me sleep better and people commented that I looked better.
Personally I think the watch dog programme was silly, they rubbished lots of products that sell really well in lots of high street stores. People are not as silly as they seem to think. If you don't get on with them you can ask for a refund.

It does depend on what you are expecting. If you expect a 14 day detox to sort out x years of smoking drinking poor diet etc. your expectations are unrealistic.
They helped me but I had to use a few boxes and I did follow the instructions like drinking water and helping with my diet. Alos what harm can they do?
