Glad to hear she's ok,
I had all my dogs serviced on Saturday - nail trims, haircuts etc...
A bit expensive, but at least they're not shedding hair all over the carpet for now......xxxx

I'm doing really well at the moment thanks :D.. Not sure if you have read any posts about me dropping out of uni, but I have spoken to my mum (who qualified about 5 years ago) and she wants me to stick it out to the end of this year and then decide, so that's what I am doing. So been busy on placement and writing 2 essays! Lol, no rest for the wicked. Aww what dogs do you have then? I went to have the little monstes nails done the other day as they looked extremely long and uncomfortable for her, but they said they were too short to cut, just sharp :( .. I can imagine what it's like with hair everywhere, Xena's fur comes out enough and hers is only short xxxxxx

Yep, I saw that about dropping out of uni, but I didn't want comment, cos I never went myself.....
A good friend of mine dropped out, then went back a couple of years later to do a slightly different course that was more suited to her.

We've got three girls - two Siberian Huskies (Kiera & Crystal) and a mad Collie (Lady) and they're all moulting, so I thought I'd have them clipped for the bargain price of £100!!

I was going to grab a couple of hours down by the river this morning, but it was a bit cold - we even had a touch of ground frost...

Did you sort out a present for the OH? xxxx

Aww, my sister and her boyfriend has a siberian husky and my gosh don't they moult (sp).. I made the mistake of letting her jump up on me while wearing black trousers LOL, not a good move. Aww they sound lovely though :D

Oh dear, it has been cold here too, I have even put the heating on today!

Nah I think I am going to give up lol, he has everything as if he wants something he goes out and gets it himself so leaves nothing for me to get him! Haha. I know it seems a bit early to be thinking about christmas but now I'm back in uni I have to budget for the next few months and no good at saving the money to buy things closer to the time, so I'd rather do it now and get it out of the way hehe xxxxxx

I'm not really into Christmas, but I do like the atmosphere of it all (but not until about a week before) The sounds of a roaring log fire, hot chestnuts, pine needles, mulled wine, and the smell of the steet entertainers.....

Me & Charlotte usually compete to buy each other unusual presents, like hot air balloon trips, a day driving a tank, and stuff like that. I got her a new lawnmower last year, but only cos I wanted it for myself.....

Haha, sounds like fun! Maybe I could have a look for a day thing for him, if he doesn't give me any clues though he'll not get anything hehe xxxxx

I like to try and disguise presents as something boring....

I gave Charlotte a small tree for her birthday, and told her it had to be planted in a village near Perth as part of an environmental project, and she had to pick up a spade from a hotel nearby.......

I didn't tell her that I'd booked herself and her sister into the hotel for a luxury spa weekend.....

I'm trying to think of something else now, but she always thinks I'm up to mischief when it's coming up to christmas or birthdays..... any ideas?? xxxxx

My gosh! I wish my OH was as thoughtful as that LOL.

I really have no ideas, I don't know what I would like let alone think of what other people like hehe but I will try and have a think about it xxxxxx
