What one were you given and what was it for?
Question Author
she added 3 different types, one for depression, one for energy and one for anxiety.
Making your heart race is the last thing they are likely to do. They are meant to be a very gentle treatment. Is your reflexology lady a trained Bach practitioner?
It is alcohol based - if you suffer liver disease or alcoholism you should not take Bach
From the Bach website -

Is it safe to take the remedies if you are a recovering alcoholic, given the brandy content?

If remedies are mixed into treatment bottles and taken four drops at a time in the usual way the amount of alcohol taken is very small.

Nevertheless, taking even a minute quantity of alcohol may have a psychological impact on someone who has decided to give up completely. In addition there is a very powerful drug (known as Antabuse) which can cause a violent reaction in someone drinking even a tiny quantity of alcohol. For these reasons it is best in these circumstances to consult your qualified medical practitioner before taking the remedies.

When you do so you might explain the dilution process and mention that if the remedies are dropped into a hot drink most or all of the alcohol will evaporate, and it is of course possible to administer the remedies externally by rubbing them on the pulse points.

But if in doubt, ask your alcohol advisor.
frustrating that, posting then not coming Bach ;-)

OP are you on any other medication? And did your Bach lady ask that question also?
Question Author
I am bach, ;-) sorry, I don't drink alcohol, she is a qualified bach remedy therapist, I am on Thyroxine.
How strange. I've never heard of this before, and I've read quite a lot of Bach's remedies.

I use the Rescue Remedy, pretty much, every day. I find it really good for my anxiety.
You can get pastilles, too.

Is it a spray you're using, or drops?
Question Author
she made up a bottle with different drops of, olive, rescue remedy, agrimony, impatents, gorse, mustard, walnut and genitan[not sure of spelling on last one, as can't read her writing on bottle]...
Do you have any allergies?
Question Author
Nope, no allergies.
I'd be inclined to ask my pharmacist about this
They shouldn't make your heart race but it may have some contraindication
