cube some chicken breasts and fry in olive oil till white all over. stir in dollops of curry paste of your choice and continue cooking, stirring constantly, for a couple of minutes. add some veggies of your choice or some frozen veggies and cook for a couple more minutes. Add a tin of condensed cream of chicken soup and stir well to mix, but don't add the water that you would usually add to the soup. Simmer gently till veggies and chicken are cooked through. Enjoy!

thanks
I'm someone who has made curries from scratch may times over the years, pounding and grinding herbs & spices for hours on end.

I now use jars of curry sauce - they taste the same and are cheaper & easier
Chicken breast...dice and fry with half a jar of pataks paste of your choice.

Add onions, mushrooms, pineapple, peppers or none of those.

Add tin of finely chopped yomatoes

Add tub greek yoghurt or "Rachels" coconut yoghurt

Mix and simmer until the chicken is cooked.

But experiment...i sometimes add creamed coconut or a pinch of sugar. Add whole chillis or chilli powder to taste.

lastly, at the end of cooking, add a big handful of fresh, chopped corriander

so much you can do with curries but you need to experiment...slowly !!!

Good luck
