I have problems with my cursor not working but only on this site.
When I have typed something and have made a mistake, I am unable to click on the appropriate part of the message to correct it.
I have to right-hand click elsewhere on my screen then when I return to the message box it lets me put the cursor wherever I want.
I'm using IE9 but as I say it only happens on this site....................help!

Quit your browser and restart ...

It's not just today Ellipsis, it happens all the time.
Yes I have this when I'm typing an answer on AB- the cursor seems to stick (so I type and nothing happens) or the cursor just disappears altogether and when I try to click it just highlights some of my text or when I type my text it appears in the middle of an earlier sentence.
I'll ask someone here to test the site in IE9 and see if we can replicate it.
I'm running IE9, but don't seem to have this problem, have you changed your cursor settings?
that happened to me too. I have recently switched to Google chrome as my browser and it doesn't happen
Question Author
I haven't changed any settings..............it's only happened in about the last week or so.

It can be an indication that you're extremely low on memory ... have you installed anything lately that might be using more background resources than usual? Has it been a while since you turned your PC off and back on again?

Ellipsis...............it only happens on this site, and I've had no low memory warnings.
My IE9 works fine on this Site, have you had too much of Fluffy's Gateaux craft ! lol
I use Firefox or Chrome usually, but have just tested on IE9 and all was well. It's not as simple as "IE9" or "this site", there is more to it ...
