Trapped nerve in arm
5 Answers
For the last 10 weeks I have been suffering what my doctor describes as a swollen nerve in my shoulder. It causes spasmodic tingling and buzzing from my elbow into my fingers. My index and second finger constantly feel 'fizzy'. Have tried physio, swimming and massages to no avail. Has anyone here experienced this and is there a cure?

It was mostly about relaxation techniques and stretching the joints. You could do no harm by talking to your friend im sure, just take things very easily at first. Do not do a class session, to get over an injury you need to have all your movements closely monitored.

This could be do to quite a number of conditions, none of which are life threatening. Your description needs amplifying, as to when do they come on, how long do they last and which finger is your 2nd finger (index or ring)?
How old are you, are you on any medications and what is your job?
The "cure" will depend upon the cause, which without the questions above being answered, is not apparent.
