1970`s fashions

Have a party in 2 weeks and as it´s a 40th the hostess has requested that we wear clothes from the 1970`s. From memory the fashions back then were ´flakey´to say the least. A couple of my friends are going as Sandy from Grease. Without looking a ´frump bag´ have you any ideas what I can wear?

Also 40ish so thinking ´hot pants´ wont look too hot. Live in Spain so limited with shops here. Liking the ´punk´thing but was hoping to look a bit glam as single!

use google images of 70s clothes. Had a very fetching pair of green and white hot pants myself,that my mother made from some old leftover material. Nearly gave my grandpa's friend a heart attack,when i brought round his dinner,wearing them lol
