Sometimes even a change in water can cause a new pup to have loose stools. Are you close by [geographically] to the breeder?
I wouldn't worry too much as long as she's eating well and playful [when not sleeping].
It sounds to me like you have new Mummy syndrome!!! We all worry when we take a puppy on.
Give you breeder a ring though, were you not given a diet sheet to follow?

Provided she is fine in herself I would not worry, particularly if you have changed food. It could be the remains of what she was being fed coming through, but if she seems at all lethargic or sick then get her checked straight away, and make sure she is drinking water, as puppies can dehydrate very. Definitely speak to the breeder, and see how the other one is, and ask what she was fed on - I can't believe they have given you something different, the change of home is traumatic enough without risking an upset tummy. Even the change of water supply can affect them.
Don't withhold food or water at any time, just give lots of small meals (four a day at this age) two meaty with dried food damped down and two porridgy, try Farleys Rusks or Weetabix. As I said at first, provided she is bright and playful and then just flops out to sleep every so often that is normal behaviour.

FAO Lankeela! thanks for the advice, the breeder said just two meals a day of Eukanuba, she's eating all of the recommended amount today, and her stools don't seem as green at all, so not too worrid, but do think that just feeding her twice a day isn't often enough, so will give her some weetabix and rusks tomorrow too, and divelgirl, sure you're right, not nearly so worried today!.......
lankeela, she still has runny stools, rang the breeder, she said take her off the eukanuba, and give her scrambled egg, rice and chicken, or just plain cooked pasta until the problem settles down, I gave her a scrambled egg this morning, and pastaa tonight, she didn't eat the pasta, so I added another scrambled egg, she didn't touch it!...she still has the runs!.....
Not too much egg, cooked chicken would be better or even some raw beef mince as she needs some protein. She needs a couple of meaty meals, whether they are actual meat or a complete food (which contain meat!) just pasta or rice is not enough goodness. I would get your vet to check her over, as you don't want this to go on and he may give her a jab.
The vet may give her some electrolyte powder to give her as a drink in case she is dehydrated. She also needs to maintain her weight at this age. Word of caution - I would not be happy with her having her vaccinations or being wormed if she is not 100% - I'd rather leave them another week to make sure she is back to normal. Good luck at the vet. Forgot to ask, what is her KC registered name?
just a quick update on Callie, she's thriving, still can't get a photo on here!.........tried tinypics, no joy!.......but anyhow, she's growing like a weed, full of life!....just had her second vaccination, so out for walks soon!...and guess what!........I have already taught her to sit!......she's lovely!......
