There's a song called Vilja in The Merry Widow - but it's not Vilja Vilja.....

From previous threads the song title is 2 words- 5 letters and 5 letters- with each word starting with a V

The Merry Widow seems a strong possibility for the musical as it's the only one I can think of that's 3, 5, 5
