I can't work out how to set/change pre-selected numbers (total of 10 pre-sets available). I don't have the instructions and BT are no use because it is a discontinued product, and their best offer is to phone a 1 a minute enquiry line, second best is to buy a new phone from them. Any advice, anybody ?

Hi KARL - http://www.bt.com/userguides/downloads/relate600.p
df
has a user manual for the Relate 600; I don't know if that's near enough to the 200 to be any use....

Unfortunately the two phones are quite different, but thanks for the info.
Karl We have just acquired a BT Relate 200 also without handbook. But to store numbers in the pre-sets try this: Lift handset Press STORE Press & release chosen memory button Key the telephone number Press STORE again Replace handset. If you don't do this fast enough you get a disembodied voice telling you to hang up. Regards
