scrabble on facebook

Has anyone got this problem on facebook? when i try to play scrabble it says i must install adobe flash player but when i try it will not let me, Help please

Uninstall 'Adobe Flash Player Plug-in'.
Restart to your computer.
Reinstall Flash Player from here:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
