Threadveins

Hi, has anyone come across an ointment or lotion that helps cover/remove threadveins on the nose. I am a guy so can't really use make up.

i did see a bleimish remover machine in ethel austins once a few years ago, but i am not sure whether it worked on thread veins...it was around £15-20
