Cluck off... anyone have an idea what that means as well.
It's not racist but some people might still regard it as rather offensive.
Bear in mind they're the same race as us.

Cluck off is not rhyming slang.

Why though Chris?

'Cluck off is not rhyming slang.'
wow... wonder what is meant by it then? I was simply adding to your Q hoping someone might have an answer
Only people with no sense of humour cannot laugh at themselves. People who accuse others of racism are racists themselves, just by accusing. In this global existence why not just accept that we are all together as one and join in the laughter.
I suppose it is if you are reffering to the Hellenes. In the same way as calling a black person an "egg and spoon".
egg and spoon is rhyming slang for an offensive name for a black person, whereas bubble represents a non offensive term.
I am a Londoner and I have always called them "bubbles", but it doesnt come into very many of my conversations its mainly poor old George Michael who is always referred to as George the Bubble in our house, no offence meant its just everyone knows who I mean but then we call Elton John - Sir Reg from Pinner, its an old London thing.
