Backpay for Child Maintenance?

Hi, My daughters dad only paid maintenance for 6 months out of 11 yrs and the CSA cant do anything because he has no work record yet he pays a mortgage, drives a BMW coupe and has just paid for a carribean holiday for 6 people! My daughter was recently attacked outside her school by a parent weilding a knife and her dad wasn't bothered. He didnt call her to wish her happy birthday either! Can anyone give me advice on the best way to get this backpay of maintenance? I don't even care if he is forced to sell his house to pay anymore, just want what is rightfully owed...

I can only tell you what I was advised to do when the CSA seemed to have trouble getting 10 years of back pay from my ex

Ask to make an official complaint concerning the maladministration of your claim - this is what I did and less than 6 months later I had half of what was owed in my bank a/c (which is what I agreed to)

it's not really back pay though is it - he has been assessed as owing nothing (despite what he may or may not have paid for for other people)
