She obviously shouldn't be driving. I gave up driving when I was 65. Now at 84 I know I cannot judge distances or rates of speed of other cars properly. I would be a danger not only to myself but to other people if I attempted to drive. There should be some ruling about re-testing after the age of 60 although I know it would cost too much and there would be a great uproar of dissent from all the drivers who think they are perfect - which to be truthful is all of them.
