I've just read the latest Stephanie Plum novel (Eleven On Top- by Janet Evanovich).

I think it's by far the funniest yet... does anybody else read these books and think Steph & Co are absolutely great.

yes i've read quite a few. have you tried her other books. try 'metro girl' and alexandra barnaby adventure. i think you'd like it.

I just recently read the first three - gobbled them down! I want to read the rest in order, so I will have to be patient and await their return at the library.

I think they are all brilliant - Try reading Susan Sussman/Sarajane Avidon - Auditon for Murder / Cruising for Murder. Blurb says 'a pleasant...funny heroine taking on the territory of two of America's finest crimewriters Evanovich and Paretsky...' Yorkshire Post

My advice - ignore anything that newspapers say - take her on her own merit - you won't be disappointed.
