4.46am and up already, No mercy.....i was just turning over then. :0)

I've already my morning swim, Oats so simple, 2 boiled eggs with toast and a freshly squeezed orange juice.......now ready for the day. And what a beautiful day it is here on the south coast.

Loads to do this weekend....out and about soon ...gigging tonight in London, Bournemouth University open day with our eldest tommorrow, gigging again in the evening.........and then on Sunday, down to The Witterings to see some great friends for a BBQ.....hopefully weather will stay kind as forecast is pretty good for the south.
