Number to dial to go straight to voicemail on a uk mobile phone?

I was just wondering if anyone knows if there is a number you can dial that will take you straight to someone's voicemail? Any help would be appreciated.

Lol no it's a question someone asked me today and i wasn't sure if you can actually do it or not. I know there's a number that you can dial to withold your number, but not sure if it's possible to just be connected to someone's voicemail without them picking up. I think maybe my friend wants to avoid an awkward conversation lol. Thanks for your help anyway!

Tell them to ring at 3.00 am in the morning . That should go on Voicemail

If both people are on the same network then try calling your own voice mail and see if there is an option to leave a message for somebody else.

If there is one it is unlikley to be released by the service provider. It would have to be a number that routed to the specific voicemail kit that particular account's voicemail was on, and also hold the mobile number too so the correct voicemail could be identified once it reached the voicemail kit. I'd not hold your breath while you search for such a number, were I you.

I could send voicemail on Orange...but I think it was option from my own messages. 1 to save...2 to delete...3 to return voicemail.

I can do that on T-mobile, select the number, options, send message then select voice message.
