Syncing on Itunes

Mine and my childrens ipods are all on the same laptop so when I sync mine all of their apps that I have no interest in put themselves onto mine. Is there a way to stop this happening?

Thank you, will give it a try, we do all have different passwords etc or our individual devices-I do struggle with technology!!x

When you plug in your device and open iTunes you can control what is synced. There is a tab which shows all the apps and t you simply check the boxes on the apps you want on your device. The same with music, photos etc.
