The BlackBerry is primarily a business phone. Losing your mobile phone, email and text will cost most businesses more than £63. And that isn't cash, it is £63 worth of application software (which effectively ties you more to that platform). If I get £63 worth of apps then go and get an iPhone, those apps aren't transferrable. In short, it is not much of an offer.

I believe there is compensation for losing electricity and water outages.

It's a great offer. I only lost the BBM service for a couple of days, everything else worked fine.
