Does anyone think that the acts on here last night were terrible? I dont know why I watch it. I saw the American version last week, and the acts were so much better.

I haven't watched it at all this weekend, not sure if I will when they whittle 'em down even more either.

Last weekend I watched more out of habit than anything else, and was bored to tears, I personally don't rate any of them.
I've stopped watching this series. I thought that Amelia was the only one with true talent and when she got put out I just gave up. It's just a joke now.
I think the whole show is now an absolute farce. Just not interested in it at all any more. It's long past it's sell by date and quite honestly Simon was the only person that made it bearable.

I am even watching 'Strictly' this year. At least it's a laugh and entertainment, and the music is really enjoyable.
To me it seemed the ones I thought were worst got the best comment. That Micha B, Frankie and the one with the odd face who considers herself an inspiration. I thought they were all awful!
the only bits of x factor worth watching are the very early rounds, some of those who audition are hillarious. does no-one they know tell them they're absolute rubbish before they put themselves up for audition??
once it gets past that part, and strictly starts, it's strictly me everytime.
ethandron I agree with you 100%. I like the funny bits, it is just boring now. Who on earth cares who wins ? Too much hype, stars getting out of their helicopters etc. etc. and too many adverts and too LOUD. Or maybe I am just getting old ... Like Who Wants to be a Millionaire, it is way past its sell by date and I think even if Simon came back, the final few episodes would still be boring. Bring on strictly, at least it is funny ! I think Nancy is kept in for entertainment value. Strictly Charisma Bypass as far as she is concerned ..
last years controversial acts and vote rigging stories have put a nail in the coffin for xfactor, when you see weak acts going through you cant help but think its the same old contrived effort just to get votes and get people outraged enough to talk about it.
I didnt bother with this weeks and I probably wont bother with the rest of the series.
She always looks stoned to me!! She's all over the place and looks deranged - even when she's not dancing. I know she has an accent, but accounting for that, even her speech is slurred and weird. Strange woman. That tango had me in stitches - it was like watching Anton dancing with a ventriloquist dummy.
Sorry, I am back on Strictly - smurfchops' fault!! ;o)
poor Anton, he always seems to get the short straw .. tee hee ...
x factor has lost its credibility and why did gary chose that lad frankie hew sounds awful and looks like hes been dragged through a hedge backwards... a whole load of wannabees, i much prefer strictly its funny and a much better programme than factor. i will be giving x factor a miss from now on
IMO the only person worth watching on X Factor is Craig. Love that boy's voice.
Strictly knocks it into a cocked hat ! (Whatever that means!)
Given up watching it as none of the acts interest me, and some, like the charles hawtrey lookalike and kitty, just turn my stomach. Also Louis is such a sycophantic a hole he turns my stomach too. How did HE get that job!
I agree with everybody, the show should be renamed 'Crap Factor' - I only watch if there is absolutely nowt else on worth watching. Louie Walsh should be pensioned off - he is way past his sell by date.

On Saturday night when Johnny said to Gary Barlow 'you can rub my lamp anytime' I thought, not appropriate for a family show, sinking to low levels of entertainment (:o((
I tried watching the USA version instead but this weeks episode vanished off the sky plus even though next weeks is on the planner... what's up with that?! :(
I don't think this year is as good as it has been in previous years. The American version has some great talent this year though! I have to say, I get awfully bored with old fuddy duddy Louis Walsh too! H e so tries to be cool and just so isn't! And in as much as I think Johnnie is a real character, he is not really a candidate for the next multi platinum album seller, is he? Platinum hair colour maybe, but that space is already taken over by Kitty, who does nothing for me. I do like Marcus, Sophie, Misha B and the Risk and also Janet, but I don't see her as becoming an international hit. But, I may be wrong. I think the ones that stand the best chance of doing well internationally are Marcus, Misha B and The Risk. But who knows, maybe Old Louis will get his way. Grief! I do hope not! lol
bushbaby, this week's US X factor was cancelled due to a major league baseball game.
Ohh thanks for letting me know. Next weeks still says its part 2 judges houses though - will i just not get to see part 1?!
