They disconnected the gas fire in my bedsit (after I'd reported problems with a blocked flue) and put a red warning label on it, stating that it must be properly connected before it was used again. After the problem with the flue had been rectified, I then spent TWO YEARS trying to get them to come and reconnect the gas fire. Then, to add insult to injury, they sent me a SUMMONS, as they were taking me before the criminal courts for my(!) failure to have a faulty gas appliance properly reconnected!

restaurant in Spain, took an hour to cook our paella, when we enquired about it, it had been served to the bloke on the next table - who'd eaten it, even though he hadn't ordered it and his wife had been served with nothing.
