Am planning to do slices of Beef fillet, Beef tomato, & Black Pudding plus field mushroom. On a bed of creamed spinach. Any suggestions as to what else I could put in the tower, please?

Stilton. I would recommend Yellow Tail Cab Sauv which is currently on offer in the Coop to drink with it.
